He has studied at Amada Company in Japan and returned to China in 2014. So far, we have obtained over 20 patents. Wu Guangfeng: Since 2020, he has been the director of the beam welding factory of Hubei Shentian New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and a key member of the R&D department. Sun Jin: Since 2015, he has served as the factory director and key member of the R&D department of the saw blade factory of Hubei Shentian New Material Technology Co., Ltd. So far, he has obtained 8 patents and studied at Amada Company in Japan. He returned to China in 2014.
In recent years, the company has continuously carried out technological innovation, and has successively carried out industry university research cooperation with Hubei University of Technology, Hubei University, and Wuhan Institute of Material Protection; Recently, the company has cooperated with Wuhan Textile on the research and development of bimetallic band saw blades. The research and development team of this project is composed of six doctors who have been engaged in mechanical engineering for a long time from Wuhan Textile University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Aiming at the quality problems in their laser welding process, the company has developed an online quality monitoring technology for laser welding of bimetallic band saw blades based on in-depth learning, and reduced the laser welding defects of bimetallic band saw blades through process control Improve the quality of welding seams.
