In recent years, the company has continuously carried out technological innovation, and has successively carried out industry university research cooperation with Hubei University of Technology, Hubei University, and Wuhan Institute of Material Protection; Recently, the company has cooperated with Wuhan Textile on the research and development of bimetallic band saw blades. The research and development team of this project is composed of six doctors who have been engaged in mechanical engineering for a long time from Wuhan Textile University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Aiming at the quality problems in their laser welding process, the company has developed an online quality monitoring technology for laser welding of bimetallic band saw blades based on in-depth learning, and reduced the laser welding defects of bimetallic band saw blades through process control Improve the quality of welding seams.
The project is expected to achieve the following goals:
1. Build a set of online monitoring platform for laser welding of bimetal band saw blade with multiple sensors;
2. Develop a set of online monitoring algorithm for laser welding multi-sensor of bimetal band saw blade;
3. Apply for one copyright of software for online quality monitoring method of bimetal band saw blade laser welding based on deep learning;
4. Apply for one national invention patent;
5. Cultivate 2-3 master's students.
6. The company's production and brand building have created good economic and social benefits for the company.
