The organizational life of the Party is an important content and carrier of the political life within the Party, and is to promote Party members and cadres to enhance their organizational and disciplinary concepts, The important condition to ensure the implementation of Democratic centralism is an important form of education, management and supervision of Party members by Party organizations. We should conscientiously implement the systems of "three meetings and one lesson", Democratic life meeting of party members and leading cadres, democratic appraisal of party members, and constantly innovate ways and means to enhance the attractiveness and appeal of organizational life, and effectively improve the quality and effect of organizational life.
Party members have the right and freedom to fully express their will when participating in organizational life, which helps to communicate and understand each other, eliminate misunderstandings, and seek consensus. Party members, leading cadres, and ordinary Party members, as well as Party members and Party members, should speak out and remind each other and help each other. It is worth noting that there are still a few party organizations with weak interactivity and rigid indoctrination in their organizational lives. Party organizations at all levels should improve the system and mechanism of organizational life, enhance the Seriousness of organizational life, guide Party members and party cadres to enhance their awareness of the Party Constitution and Party members, strengthen their Party spirit cultivation and behavior development, consciously participate in organizational activities, and institutionalize, regularize and standardize organizational life.
Use the weapon of criticism and self-criticism well.     Critics should have the courage to dig deep into their own roots and touch their souls, and have sincere and truthful goodwill towards others; Critics should have the grace to rejoice upon hearing and reflect on themselves. It should have a spicy taste, avoid unprincipled harmony, and also have a human touch. Avoid venting personal anger or seeking revenge.
Innovate the ways and methods of organizational life. We should carry out organizational life in a rich, colorful, lively and recognized way that is loved, seen, and recognized by Party members.
